Grace Wood Farm South Southern Magnolia is located in Fort Mill, SC, just outside of Charlotte, NC. The Stasi Tribe Family, with their 6 children, manage our Grace Wood Farm South Sothern Magnolia location.

Fort Mill is considered the suburbs of Charlotte, NC, and one of the best places to live in all of South Carolina. Filled with beautiful myrtle trees and lots of children playing, we love it here in Fort Mill. Charlotte is only a 10-minute drive! Charlotte is one of America's most beautiful and clean cities.
Our vision here at Grace Wood Farm is that all mama's and daddies live together and are a part of a family. This creates a bond with both their pack and their humans. We want our babies to come home to you well socialized and come from parents that are well-loved!

Our Doggy Nursery and Yard
Our beautiful doggy nursery at Southern Magnolia has three mama birthing suites and a parent room where each mama and daddy have their own crate and each with a blankie. We do not use kennels at any location for our mamas and daddies.
The Southern Magnolia location has a huge back yard that both the dogs and kids share, hanging together. Our mamas and daddies roam free and play free in the huge back yard on our 11 acre farm, enjoying the sun and South Carolina's beautiful weather, with plenty of room to run, jump, play tug-of-war, catch, bone chewing, you know, all the things that make the best dog life. They also have their very own covered area under our huge evergreen holly trees for shade and lounging.
In our nursery, we litter train our babies before they come home to you and have very special bath helpers, the Grace Wood Farm Kids. In our nursery, we have 3 birthing suites for our mama and babies that create a safe, warm, cozy environment for the mental and physical health of both mama and baby.
